• Inhibit power management:

kde-inhibit --power command command_arguments

• Inhibit screen saver:

kde-inhibit --screenSaver command command_arguments

• Launch VLC, and inhibit color correction (night mode) while it’s running:

kde-inhibit --colorCorrect vlc
